Steven Cothran is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in automation and control systems. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager for WM since November 2024, Steven oversees the design and deployment of SCADA and ICS solutions and is focused on the strategic implementation of automation systems. Prior to this role, Steven held several positions including E&I Automation Manager and Project Automation Supervisor at MECO from October 2020 to November 2024, and Systems Engineer & Customer Delivery Manager at InCentrik from January 2018 to October 2020. Steven's earlier career includes roles as Managing Member at Interlynx Group LLC, Automation Specialist at Stella Maris LLC, Automation Technician at API Control System Solutions, and an E&I Intern at Shell Chemical Geismar. Steven earned an Associate's degree in Applied Industrial Instrumentation & Electronics from Louisiana Technical College between 1998 and 2000.
