Sebastien Larcher has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Director of Technical Services & Engineering at Lundbeck since April 2010, focusing on health, safety, and environmental IT services, maintenance, engineering, and lean manufacturing. Previously, Sebastien held various leadership roles, including Packaging Director and Lean Continuous Improvement Manager at Laboratoire Elaiapharm S.A., and Production Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included team management, productivity improvement, and the establishment of key performance indicators. Early career experiences include roles at Abbott and Servier, concentrating on sterile production and engineering project management. Sebastien earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 1995 and 2002.
