Alexander Zapien is a Desktop Support Specialist at Washtenaw Intermediate School District since June 2021, bringing technical expertise to educational environments. Prior experience includes serving at Michigan League Catering and working as a Videographer for the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. During a brief tenure as an English Mentor with Come On Out - Japan, Alexander facilitated discussions on global issues and helped improve English speaking skills for over 30 students through collaboration and active listening. Educational qualifications include an Associate's in Applied Science, Cybersecurity from Washtenaw Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Screen Arts & Cultures: Film, Television, and New Media from the University of Michigan.
