Kayla Bednar is an experienced operations professional with a background in hospitality management, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University. Currently serving as Operations Manager and District Planning Manager at Walters Hospitality since June 2020, Kayla previously managed events at Santa Margarita Catholic High School and worked as an Event Coordinator at Wedding Venues and Estates. Additional experience includes roles at The Resort at Pelican Hill and Coto De Caza Golf & Racquet Club, showcasing a strong ability to enhance guest experiences and manage operations in various settings within the hospitality industry.
