João Pedro Michelazzo is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at FestaLab since March 2020. He previously held positions at Bain & Company, starting as an Associate Consultant Intern in 2012 and working his way up to Senior Manager by April 2020. Before that, he worked as an Estagiário at Faurecia Automotive Exteriors, where he was involved in implementing and managing the Faurecia Excellence System in the painting line. João Pedro holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a degree in Engenheiro, Engenharia de Produção from UFSCar, as well as completing studies in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
