Shawn Bontrager is an experienced customer specialist at Walser Automotive Group since January 2020, focused on Mercedes Benz. Previously, Shawn served as a sales representative for Bethel College Thresher Shop from August 2016 to January 2020, and briefly managed the shop during a transition period. Shawn also gained hotel management experience during an internship at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., where skills were developed across various hotel functions in Austin, Texas. Additionally, as a sales and marketing representative for Vogts Construction Co., customer relationships were enhanced using customer retention software. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Marketing from Bethel College-North Newton, completed in 2019.
