Matt's tenure at Lincoln Financial Group included roles as a Consultant and Special Projects Associate, where notable achievements involved the creation of interactive Tableau dashboards for senior leadership and the analysis of Life Insurance trends that significantly increased sales. Matt also managed important HR initiatives, digitizing employee records and supporting strategic business reviews.
