Susan Villamena began their work experience in 1991 at Sandler as a Senior Vice President at Sandler Training NYC. In this role, they helped businesses, individuals, and organizations achieve their professional and personal goals by specializing in sales, management, and leadership training, as well as customer service.
In 2008, Susan co-founded Westerly-Enright, LLC. During their time there, they built relationships with senior executives of client companies, identified and confirmed talent acquisition issues, and developed unique value propositions to solve their talent needs. Susan also managed and improved talent acquisition processes, including talent identification, candidate communications, and job description creation. Susan worked at Westerly-Enright until 2012.
Susan Villamena attended St. John's University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1980.
