Bob Gilchrist is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Horton International, LLC since 1994, Bob leads a global executive search firm. Previously, Bob held the position of General Manager for Semi-Conductor Systems at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, where responsibility included P&L management for a semiconductor laser manufacturing business. Before that, Bob was the Director of Marketing at Ensign-Bickford, overseeing contracts for military and commercial aircraft. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Kaman Aerospace and Bendix Navigation & Control Division, focusing on systems engineering and design for military and commercial applications. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
