Varun Kumar has been serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Vodafone Fiji since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating the delivery of ICT and Cloud services, overseeing a team of technicians and engineers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and industry standards. Prior to this role, Varun held various sales positions at Jacks of Fiji, including Sales Professional and Business Account Manager, and gained initial experience as an IT Trainee at the same company. Varun holds a Bachelor of Net-Centric Computing from The University of the South Pacific, completed in 2016, after studying at Swami Vivekananda College from 2008 to 2012.
