Jaime Navarro is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director for LATAM and EMEA at Blip since December 2023, Jaime also holds a position as Investor and Advisor at Palco4. Previously, as CEO and Co-Founder of Gus Chat from January 2016 to December 2023, Jaime led a customer experience solution that utilized AI in e-commerce, fintech, and insurance. Notably, Gus Chat was acquired by Blip to enhance its European and Latin American operations. Jaime's achievements include winning the Diamond Prize at MassChallenge MX and participating in the Global Startup Program at Singularity University. Earlier career milestones include serving as Regional Manager for Ticketbis, which was sold to eBay for $165 million, and co-founding ZUVY, recognized for its innovative business plan. Jaime holds degrees in International Business with a focus on Corporate Finance from Dublin City University and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
