Zakkiya Ryan has extensive experience in IT support roles, currently serving as a Level 1 Service Desk Technician at Electric since December 2020. Prior to this position, Zakkiya worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Mindlance from January 2019 to December 2020, providing service desk support for Cooper Lighting Solutions. Zakkiya’s earlier experience includes a role as a Help Desk Analyst at TEKsystems for Northside Hospital in late 2018, and a position as a Global Service Desk Operator at PGi from August 2013 to July 2018. Zakkiya's educational background includes attendance at Year Up Atlanta from 2012 to 2013.
