Kate C. Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement, contract management, and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Procurement and Contract Manager for the Virgin Islands Port Authority since November 2019, Kate oversees procurement and service contract negotiations while managing a team responsible for vendor qualification. Prior to this role, Kate worked as a Contract Manager for the Virgin Islands Department of Education, supervising contract operations and compliance. Previous positions include Procurement and Policy Advisor at the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement, Associate Attorney at Ogletree Deakins, and various roles at the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Kate holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of the Virgin Islands.
