Carlos Eduardo Cezario de Santana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil, fiscal, and regulatory law. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at Santos Brasil since May 2021, Carlos specializes in strategic judicial, administrative, and consultative contentious matters. Prior roles include Senior Lawyer at Deicmar Armazenagem e Distribuição, where responsibilities encompassed managing civil and labor disputes and mitigating liabilities, and positions at Bandeirantes Logística Integrada and DFF Serviços, focusing on internalizing judicial processes and corporate legal support.
