Hamish Mclachlan is an experienced data and business leader with a diverse background in data transformation, strategic planning, and team development. Currently serving as Data Transformation Lead at Vector Limited since October 2024, Hamish is responsible for driving a comprehensive data strategy and evolving data infrastructure. Previous leadership roles include Head of Data at Serko Ltd., where Hamish established the data function and developed long-term strategies, and Executive Director at Affero Ventures Limited and OneHQ, focusing on IT services and performance optimization. With substantial expertise in data management and project leadership across various sectors, including financial services and IT, Hamish holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Otago and completed a Corporate Finance Programme at London Business School.
