Jamie Monaghan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst and previously as a Service Desk Engineer at BUUK Infrastructure since May 2021, Jamie has demonstrated leadership as a Service Engineer Team Leader. Prior to this role, Jamie worked briefly with the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust in March 2021 and spent nearly 15 years at Link Group (LNK) as an Infrastructure Support Analyst from April 2006 to February 2021. Jamie holds a post BTec in Fine Art from Nene College of Art and a Pre BTec in Fine Art, Art & Design from Bletchley College of Art.
