Tony Gaffney is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in multiple industries. Currently, Gaffney serves as President and CEO of the Vector Institute since January 2023 and holds the position of Corporate Director and Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee at Board/Altus Group, where Gaffney has been involved since 2012. As the Founder and CEO of Lambay Group since January 2016, Gaffney focuses on board effectiveness and corporate transformation. Gaffney's previous roles include Managing Partner at Odgers Berndtson, Corporate Director at President's Choice Financial, and CEO at Aon, among others. Gaffney's educational background includes studies at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and Trinity College Dublin.
