Tomer Mahlin

Tomer Mahlin has a strong background in software engineering and development. Tomer currently serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering at BlackSwan Technologies, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to their tenure at IBM, Tomer worked at Softel Ltd, starting in August 1997 and ending in May 2001. Tomer served as a Solution Architect in the Image Processing Group, focusing on OCR and designing and implementing IT solutions for document workflow and electronic management systems.

Tomer Mahlin's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Tomer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in an unspecified field of study in 1997. Following that, Tomer continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from 1997 to 2001.
