Andrei Golesteanu is a human resources professional who has spent their career working in leadership positions with some of the world's leading companies. Andrei is currently an advisor at Siscale, but they have also served as Vice President, People Business Partner at Indigo and Senior Director, HR Partner at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. In these roles, they have been responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership to businesses, building critical talent and organizational capabilities, coaching senior leadership, and driving cultural change. Andrei has also been a champion of continuous organizational development and leader and employee engagement. Under their guidance, companies have seen increased productivity and profitability, as well as improved employee engagement scores.

Andrei Golesteanu has a Master's degree in Global Executive Master in Human Resources Leadrship from Rutgers Business School. Andrei also has a Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma in Management from The Open University. Additionally, they have a BS from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
