Ali Buchan has extensive experience in category management and buying within the retail sector. Currently functioning as Category Manager for Lifestyle and Forestry at Blue Diamond Garden Centres since February 2023, Ali previously held multiple roles at Van Hage from August 2015 to the present, including Senior Category Manager and Fashion and Leisure Buyer. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Menswear Buyer at Debenhams from January 1990 to January 2002. Ali holds a degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
