Christen Sushereba has worked as a Research Associate at Applied Decision Science, LLC since 2018. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate at Unveil starting in 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wright State University. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate at Applied Decision Science, LLC from 2010 to 2014. Christen also held a position as a Student Worker at the University of Dayton from 2007 to 2010.

Christen Sushereba completed their education history with a Master's Degree in Human Factors from Wright State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to their Master's Degree, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton, studying between 2006 and 2010. In 2008, Christen also obtained a Certificate of Completion in the French language from the Université catholique de l'Ouest.
