Joshua Guedalia, PhD, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Scientist at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem since January 2023 and has held the position of VP Product for Data Science at DICTA - The Israel Center for Text Analysis since 2017, focusing on machine learning applications in Hebrew text analysis. Joshua is also a Data Scientist for both Shaare Zedek Medical Center and Shaare Zedek Scientific, contributing to medical data science research related to obstetrics and gynecology using machine learning on electronic health records. Joshua's extensive experience includes roles as a co-founder and VP Product at Imagiu, President of Psifas, and VP Product at NMS Communications/Shoutmail.com, with a grounding in product management across various sectors. Educationally, Joshua holds a PhD in Computational Biology and an MBA in Management Information Systems, complemented by a BA in Computer Science.
