Mindy Fuzesy has been in the medical field for over 38 years. Mindy began their career in 1982 at Kalispell Regional Healthcare as a NICU Specialist and NICU RN, where they provided nursing care and advanced procedures for newborns in the NICU, as well as providing support to the physicians through budgeting, building reports, keeping statistics, policy and protocol development. In 2018, they became a Business Owner at Thrive 406. In 2019, they became Co-Founder of Aaspir, LLC. In 2020, they became a Medical Science Liaison-Neonatal and Pediatric Nursing at Prolacta Bioscience.

Mindy Fuzesy earned their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Montana State University-Northern. Mindy also holds certifications from the American Heart Association as an NRP Instructor (2019), The STABLE Corp as a S.T.A.B.L.E. Instructor (2011), The National Certification Corporation as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) (2015), and The National Certification Corporation as an Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) (2002).
