Gina Garel is an experienced executive assistant with a comprehensive background in providing administrative support to various high-level executives and legal teams. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at United Van Lines (Canada) Ltd. since February 2023, Gina coordinates meetings, generates reports, and manages communications for the Board of Directors and the President. Prior roles include positions at DHL, Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP, IESO, National Concrete Accessories, VersaCold Logistics Services, and BOMBARDIER, where Gina demonstrated expertise in file management, travel coordination, and preparation of minutes and reports. Gina holds a Legal Assistant degree from Centennial College and is set to earn a Canadian Professional Mover certification from the Canadian Association of Movers in July 2024.
