Heidi Claeys is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in traffic management and planning. Currently serving as the Traffic Manager for the UK and Ireland at Transuniverse Forwarding since February 2020, Heidi also handles operations as a Traffic Operator for the Maghreb region. Prior to this, Heidi worked at De Seranno Transport Bvba from March 2016 to February 2020 as an Allround Planner, focusing on the dispatch of bulk transports for hazardous and non-hazardous fluids. From January 2008 to March 2016, Heidi held the position of Operations Manager in the UK and Ireland department at Ziegler Group, where responsibilities included planning groupage transport for imports to the UK and Ireland.
