Tequera Anderson is an experienced logistics and quality management professional with a strong background in both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Move Manager at UniGroup since August 2020, Tequera has developed standard operating procedures, designed training guides, and managed logistics for over 5,000 orders. Previously, Tequera worked at the United States Department of Defense as a Logistics Management Specialist, overseeing logistics for a significant inventory of equipment and improving certification rates through effective training. Tequera's earlier experience includes roles in customer service and distribution, complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University.
