Emily Pettitt is currently a Research Associate at Tyra Biosciences. Emily has previously worked as an intern at Nitto Denko Technical Corporation, aTyr Pharma, and the Nieh and Doherty Labs at UC San Diego. Emily has also worked as a Production Assistant at ArtPower at UC San Diego and as a Science/Chemical Team member at Yonder Deep. Her first job was as a Character Escort/Performer at California's Great America.

Emily Pettitt has a Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego. Emily is currently a medical student at UC San Diego School of Medicine.
