Fred Butler is an experienced banquet manager with a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of excellence in event operations. Currently serving as the Banquet Manager at TWA Hotel since August 2022 and The Roosevelt Hotel since March 2015, Fred directs a $14 million catering operation, ensuring top-tier service by managing Banquet Event Orders, customer communication, and staff oversight. Previous roles include co-owning Ray's Grilled & Filled, where Fred developed menus and ensured adherence to health standards, and functioning as Director of Banquet Operations and Convention Services at CH Hospitality, where Fred oversaw the transition to Hilton standards. Fred's extensive experience includes managing high-volume banquet and restaurant operations at Hilton properties and Long Island Marriott, coupled with an Associate's degree in Food Service Administration and Restaurant Management from Nassau Community College.
