Ramon Alexander Santos Jr. is an accomplished Banquet Manager at Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort, where leadership skills earned the Leader of the Quarter 2023 Award and excellence is maintained in overseeing banquet operations at a Forbes Four-Star Resort. Previously, Ramon served as a Business Owner of Mister Neat Freak Home Organization Company and held various key roles in banquet operations at prestigious venues including JW Marriott, Tucson Country Club, El Paso Country Club, and Tucson Convention Center. Ramon’s diverse experience includes military service as a Construction Equipment Repairer in the US Army Reserves, along with early career roles in customer service at Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino, General Cinemas, and Furr’s Supermarket. Education was completed at Franklin High School.
