Andrew James Alejos is an IT Desktop Analyst currently employed at Turo since January 2023, where responsibilities include provisioning and deploying new hire accounts and equipment, guiding users through technical issues, and configuring Zoom conference rooms to ensure optimal audio and visual quality. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Technology Support Analyst at Lyft, where over 50 users were assisted weekly with hardware and software troubleshooting, and as an Electronics Retail Specialist at Target, providing product knowledge and engaging with more than 100 customers. Andrew also worked as a Barista at Starbucks, preparing drinks and food items for over 200 customers weekly.
