Uros S. is an experienced professional in cybersecurity with a robust background in operational and IT security, currently serving as Head of Operational and IT Security at Revolut since February 2019, following roles as Security Operations Lead and Information Security Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Cyber Threat Intelligence & Security Engineer at Orpheus Cyber, where Uros S. led the design and implementation of data acquisition and analysis engines for cyber risk analysis products, along with contributing to significant security assessments. Earlier, Uros S. worked as a Security Researcher at the Jozef Stefan Institute, focusing on security assessments and development related to smart plug solutions within the EU's Horizon 2020 project. Uros S. holds a Master’s Degree in Information Security from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Ljubljana.
