Natalie Stauffer-Olsen, PhD, is a Staff Scientist at Trout Unlimited since 2016, with a comprehensive background in environmental science and aquatic ecology. Natalie completed a PhD in Environmental Science, Policy and Management at UC Berkeley, specializing in aquatic ecology and population genetics. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Trainee at the US Geological Survey, Aquatic Ecologist at ECORP Consulting, and Ecologist and Project Coordinator at Hanson Environmental, Inc. Additionally, Natalie contributed as a member of the California Student Sustainability Coalition and volunteered at the UC Davis Bodega Marine Laboratory. Education was completed with a Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Behavior and Evolution, and Geography/Environmental Studies from UCLA.
