Ian Martin has extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the transport sector, having worked for Transport for London since November 1998 as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management of two underground stations, and previously held roles including Station Supervisor and Station Assistant. In addition to this role, Ian has been with Utility Warehouse since August 2005, serving as a Team Leader and Qualified Distributor, focusing on helping households reduce utility costs and supporting the growth of other entrepreneurs within the company. Ian's education includes GCSE qualifications from Eccles Hall and foundational education from King Alfred School.
