Rachel Case has worked for a variety of companies since 2005. Rachel began their career as a Peer Tutor at SUNY Oneonta in 2005, and also held roles as a Sodexo Grill and Fry Cook, Office Assistant for Internship Coordinator, Customer Service at Sal's Restaurant and Pizzeria, Part-time Crew Member at Trader Joe's, Part-time Sales at Nine West Group, Administrative Assistant at Seneca One Realty LLC, Independent Event Consultant at Just Wing It Productions, Customer Service Representative and Accounts Receivable at ABC-Amega, and AirMed Project Intern/Temp at CUBRC. In 2011, they began working at Apple and held roles as an Operations Lead, Lead, Pro, Apple Corporate Events Retail Lead, Expert/Trainer, and Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Client Project Manager at Transfinder.

Rachel Case attended SUNY Oneonta from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a B.A. in Music Industry & Audio Production.
