Andi Silverman is an experienced professional in clinical operations and mental health support, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Operations Coordinator, Senior Staff Associate, and Staff Associate at the Child Mind Institute since June 2019. Prior to this role, Andi held the position of Volunteer Research Assistant at Hartford Hospital's Institute of Living from January to May 2019. Andi's experience at the Child Mind Institute includes roles as a Program Assistant Intern and as a Program Assistant focused on Selective Mutism.
