Ingrid Østby has worked in the business sector since 2016. Ingrid began their career as a Retail Store Manager at Kiwi, a position they held from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer at TotalCtrl.

Ingrid Østby attended Kristiania University College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Marketing and brand management.
