Katherine Ma has worked as an HR Business Partner at J.D. Power since August 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at Cognizant in China from September 2014 to July 2018, working in the HR department. Before their time at Cognizant, they worked in HR for Sandvik from February 2010 to April 2014.

Katherine Ma has a diverse education history. Katherine obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Human Resources Management from the Capital University of Economics and Business in 2010. Katherine then pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China between 2012 and 2014. Currently, they are working towards their Doctor's degree in Psychology at the Zhongguo Kexueyuan Xinli Yanjiusuo, with an expected completion date in 2023.
