Valerie Schmidt is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since November 2015, Valerie has served as Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Tokio Marine America. Concurrently, Valerie operates as an HR Consultant with Antillon HR Consulting, offering comprehensive HR support to various clients across non-profit and for-profit sectors. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Montage Insurance Solutions, Human Resources Manager at Guidance Software, and HR Consultant & Account Manager at Danone Simpson Insurance Services, among others. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Mount Saint Mary's University and has also studied at Peninsula College.
