TraeAnn Johnston, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at Cherry Coatings since October 2023, with previous HR management experience at InterCool USA, LLC from February 2021 to October 2023, where key responsibilities included benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management. Prior roles include Staff Accountant at Savoya from August 2015 to January 2021, where TraeAnn managed various accounting and HR functions, as well as leading significant process improvements and achieving cost reductions. Additionally, TraeAnn has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Tarleton State University and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Colorado State University. Educational background includes a Master’s and a PhD in Agriculture Economics, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics.
