Paola Hernandez has developed a strong background in human resources and executive assistance across various organizations. Currently serving as HR + EA at Kushner since August 2022, Paola previously held positions including Executive Assistant to the President at RK Communications, and Administrative Specialist, EA to the CEO and CFO at Optimus Ride. Additional experience includes roles as Receptionist + EA at Sycamore Partners, Showroom Assistant at Trina Turk, and Hospitality Services at Macandrews and Forbes. Paola's career began with freelance work at DYLE, focusing on client networking for wardrobe curation and styling services. Educationally, Paola holds a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The City University of New York, as well as having attended San Diego State University.
