Mihnea Baia is a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead with extensive experience in software development and project management across various industries, including advertising, digital marketing, and online money transfer. Currently, Mihnea works at ThoughtWorks and Gemini Solutions, focusing on aggregating insights from large data sets using technologies such as Scala Spark and GCP. Prior experience includes leading a team in developing a single-page application with Ember JS and Node JS for JIRA integration, as well as implementing video-related applications and analytical tools across multiple platforms. Academically, Mihnea holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
