We are seeking an Innovative, Collaborative, and Communicative Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing a compelling content strategy that drives engagement, reinforces Thomas’s narrative, and amplifies brand awareness.

You’ll leverage storytelling, market insights, and innovative formats to produce high-impact content that resonates with prospects and customers, helping them connect deeply with Thomas’s solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Thomas’s Tone of Voice and core narrative.
  • Create engaging content across multiple formats (e.g., toolkits, videos, podcasts).
  • Manage the HubSpot Content Hub for effective content organization and accessibility.
  • Oversee organic social media channels, driving audience engagement.
  • Gather and analyse content performance data to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with business goals.
