Rob Finlay has a diverse work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Rob is currently the Founder and CEO of Thirty Capital, a holding company consisting of three verticals: Technology, Financial, and Ventures. Through Thirty Capital, they serve as an incubator and accelerator for customer-centric software and data solutions in commercial real estate.

Rob is also the Founder of Lobby CRE, a complete asset management platform that consolidates data for real estate projects into one place. Additionally, they are the Founder and Chairman of Commercial Defeasance, an industry-leading company specializing in the defeasance of commercial real estate loans.

Furthermore, Rob has founded other companies such as SOFR With Ease, R.J. Finlay & Co., Lyra Intel, EntityKeeper, QuietStream Financial, Investor Management Services, and TCAM, LLC. Each company specializes in various aspects of commercial real estate, ranging from advisory and consulting services to software solutions for managing investors and assets.
