Karen McLaughlin is an experienced professional in the field of nutrition and writing, currently self-employed as a writer and author of "Cheap Appetit" since January 2012. As a Food & Nutrition Educator since January 2010, Karen conducts seminars, workshops, and food demonstrations aimed at teaching various audiences about healthy eating on a budget.
