César Machado is an experienced professional in agile methodologies, currently serving as the founder of Agile Not Consulting and Agile Universities. As a Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer™ and Registered Scrum Trainer™, César plays a significant role in education and training within the agile community. Previous experience includes positions as Agile Coach Manager and Senior Agile Coach at Banco Bci, where responsibilities included leading transformation initiatives and coaching across various organizational levels. César has also contributed as an Agile Consultant and Coach for multiple firms, facilitating the adoption of agile practices and OKRs. With advanced degrees in Business Engineering and Project Management, alongside expertise in software development, César is committed to enhancing knowledge and skills in both professional and personal environments.
