Marco Alessi is the founder of GMA Consulting, established to promote the value of Japanese organizational culture in Western businesses over a career spanning more than 20 years. Experience includes collaborations with renowned companies such as ABB, Mitsubishi, and New Holland. Alessi authored "Eccellenti senza scelta," which explores the journey of Socomec Italia towards excellence. Additionally, Alessi serves as a board advisor at Lucaprint Spa and co-founded the first Lean Center in Italy at CUOA Business School. Prior roles include partnering at TQM HOLDING, consulting for LucaSystem (ABB Group), and working as a process engineer at Prisma Engineering Srl. Alessi holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Padua and has completed Lean Management seminars at the Toyota School of Management.
