Sarah Steinberg is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and food preparation. Currently serving as a Culinary Administrative Assistant at The Polo Club of Boca Raton, Sarah supports the Executive Chef and Culinary Purchasing Manager by processing invoices for multiple culinary venues. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions such as Kitchen Director at Meadowmount School of Music, where over 4,000 meals were served weekly, and Garde Manager Cook at The Little Club, overseeing pantry operations in a fine dining setting. Additional experience includes roles at High Ridge Country Club, Darbster Bistro, and Blondie's Vegan Bakery & Cafe, highlighting skills in both vegan and gourmet cuisines. Sarah is also the former Owner and Personal Chef at Simply Radiant and has contributed to community initiatives as a Co-Founder of Bean Scene Florida. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a BA in Human Ecology from the College of the Atlantic.
