Milena Dubs has extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2011, they worked at VERIS AG as an NGO Project Manager, where they developed a charity project to provide education for disadvantaged children in Thailand and promoted it through different marketing channels. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an Employee Wellbeing Advisor at DUMET AG. In 2021, Milena worked as an NGO Project Manager at GHEF Global Health Equity Foundation, and later joined Kyan Health as a Corporate Coach. In 2020, they established their own company, Milena Dubs GmbH, where they worked as a Results Coach, focusing on improving work-life balance, mental health, leadership skills, and relationships for their clients. Milena's most recent role was at Suva, starting in 2022, where they are currently employed as a Corporate Trainer. Additionally, they were recently appointed as a Global Project Lead at 1 Change, starting in August 2022.

Milena Dubs completed their Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Zurich from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School, where they studied from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, Milena also took part in the CORe Studies program at Harvard University, focusing on Business/Managerial Economics. Additionally, in 2018, they pursued a short-term program in Global Design Management at Pratt Institute.

Milena has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Milena received the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021. In June 2021, they completed the course "The Right Kind of Loud - Communication course for the virtual world" offered by Kim A. Page - The Right Kind of Loud. Milena also holds a Brain-Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute, which they received in May 2021. In the same month, they completed a course titled "Global Mental Health: Trauma and Recovery" offered by Harvard Medical School. Additionally, Milena was a speaker at the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in November 2019. Before that, in October 2019, they obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence Leadership Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching. In 2019, they also completed the Exponential Foundation Series (Technologies of the Future: Exponential Foresight, Exponential Thinking, Creating Business Models) program offered by Singularity University.
