Nichola McNamara has over a decade of experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer 1st Assistant and Contracts Delivery Officer Compliance and Cyclical at The Pioneer Group since December 2016, Nichola previously held the position of Head Of Department at Kiss Carpet, overseeing diverse responsibilities such as bookkeeping, administration, customer service, and advertising from March 2015 to December 2016. Additionally, Nichola gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Agent at Edgbaston Cricket Club Limited from February 2011 to December 2016. Nichola holds a degree from Buckinghamshire New University, attained between 2008 and 2011.
