Kate Hughes CMgr FCMI has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kate is currently serving as the Customer Service Director at MD Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director, Customer Relations at the same company from December 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining MD Group, Kate worked as a Marketing Manager Digital Strategy at M&S Bank from August 2020 to December 2021. Kate also had a long tenure at MD Group as the Head of Marketing from April 2014 to August 2020.

Kate's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Marketing Manager at LABC Warranty from February 2008 to April 2014, National Network Marketing Manager at Advantage Innovative Lending (A Morgan Stanley Group Company) from October 2006 to February 2008, and English Language Teacher at Nova Group Japan from July 2005 to June 2006.

Kate began their career at Advantage Home Loans as a Marketing Team Manager from September 2000 to June 2005.

Kate Hughes CMgr FCMI has a diverse education history that includes both academic degrees and professional certifications. In 2023, they are expected to complete their MSc in Senior Management and Leadership Level 7 Apprenticeship from Cranfield School of Management.
